Another option for video editing software, if you want something more powerful than FlipShare & don't have your own, is to try Jaycut. I haven't played with Jaycut much, it was recommended at an educator conference I attended. It's free online video editing software. Again, maybe play with it for about 15 minutes to see if you like it.
As a reminder, Google Apps might be a good place to work on your script. You can easily gchat & share the file with your group members, without having to physically go to each other's houses. The link for Google Apps is on the links page to the left. You log in with your school log in & password info.
Also, while you will have 4 days next week to work on this in class, you will have to do work outside of class or you won't finish in time.
